It is not any secret that fall is rapidly approaching. Soon, our days of laying out, neon nail polish, and flowers in our hair will be oh but a memory of summer 2014. Now that fall is sneaking up on us, let's discuss perfect cloudy-weather attire. This is for gloomy days: not beautiful, multi-colored days where the sun is peeking out and leaves are red: this is for that awkward period of time where it is gloomy and gray and everyone feels fabulous fashion for this weather is hopeless.
I love that saying "all clouds have a silver lining". I would love it to be true! A cloudy day can be inspiring because just blue all the time can be tiring and boring in the end. Clouds are the most beautiful installation of ever-changing abstract modern art of movement. They are like an inspiring veil. Unformulated dreams of realities to come. What to wear with a cloud? All shades of gray go best with clouds. Fifty, and then some. I would not recommend black-and-white. Silver would look fabulous too, or an elegant pink. But no gold, please-too shiny. Leave that to the sun.
