This month's obsession can apply to a variety of products. The trend I have my eye on for this month is global trackings. Now what is this you ask? It is the process of adding multi-cultural or global aspects into your wardrobe. For example: a sweatshirt that enhances your country of origin (I wear my Brazil sweatshirt or Italy jersey whenever I want to feel comfortable). I am currently obsessing over British flags, items with double-deckers, Eifel Towers, etc. Another example could be incorporating maps into your textile choice, post cards, stamps, or even monetary items for example a coin print, coin belt, or money print. A final example could even be a slogan t-shirt, but in a different language or even a Chinese or Japanese dialect. Possibilities are endless. Don't forget about jewelry as well! This trend can also easily be done to catch eye on a college campus.

Adding a touch of Asian flare to your outfits every now and then can be a fun way to embrace your inner Harajuku style. However, in order to find Japanese as well as other fashionable goods, you must search the web a bit harder to ensure you are receiving quality goods. I once fell in love with a Japanese t-shirt and when I looked up the translation, I found out the shirt said "I pooped today" in Japanese....yeah, thanks but no thanks.
